Brian Highberger, President
My love of the camaraderie of team sports, a persistent curiosity about how homes are constructed, and an inexplicable need for constant physical exertion led to the creation of Upright Construction. I grew up in Lake Forest Park and still choose to make this community my home. My lifelong zeal for the Pacific Northwest shows in the craftsmanship of every completed project.
Colette Highberger, Landscape
With an eye for landscape as artwork, I have spent years studying landscape design and the plants and gardens of the Pacific Northwest. Like Brian, I also have an innate need to keep moving all day long. Working in gardens is both a deeply entrenched love and a good way to be physically connected to the earth. I enjoy matching each outdoor space to the world around it and to each client’s unique vision. I feel lucky to have made my passion my life’s work.
